We’re Proud of our Mountain!
Whether you attended our inaugural Pride on the Mountain at Schweitzer on March 21st or not, you’ve probably heard what a fantastic time we had, or seen pictures of our colorful joy on our home mountain. Thanks to our community, attendees, volunteers, partners, peacekeepers, and of course, our host, Schweitzer, the day was a wild success.

About Pride on the Mountain
In partnership with Schweitzer — SAFE seeks to uplift our mutual love of our LGBTQ+ commuity and our inclusive Mountain in a day-long event focused on joy, belonging, and powderful experiences.
Pride Outside, a year-round program of SAFE exists to engage the LGBTQ+ and allied community members in a series of healthy activities outside to cultivate safe conversations, share experiences, build relationships and have fun. Over the past six years, Sandpoint Pride strives to affirm the dignity and equality of the LGBTQI2S community, to welcome and celebrate their contributions to society, and support the ongoing movement to secure their rights, freedom and safety through our annual summer festival. Now, because one weekend every summer just isn’t enough — we host Pride on the Mountain each winter!
